On this website, I post my writing about trauma and recovery. As a survivor of child slavery, I explore my memories and experiences, as well as themes of power, ownership, justice, confinement, recovery, spirit, hope, peace, and freedom.

The essay What Is Power? is the first essay published, so please feel free to start there, or anywhere you’d like.

Some posts are written by adult parts of myself, while other posts are written by child parts. My hope is that all people feel safe enough to connect with the different adult and child parts within themselves, and experience healing, integration, and internal safety and love.
